Dārgie KBLS Čikāgas skolas vecāki un skolēni,

Priecājamies jūs sveikt atpakaļ KBLS Čikāgas skolā uz 74. mācības gadu! Mēs esam ļoti priecigi, ka varam uzsākt jaunu mācības gadu atkal redzot visus bērnus kopā. Paldies par jūsu uzticību un atbalstu, veidojot mūsu lielisko skolas kopienas garu.

Reģistrēt jūsu skolēnu/skolnieci lūdzam izpildīt Google form.

Vēlamies jūs informēt, ka neliels mācības maksas palielinājums ir nepieciešams šogad, ņemot vērā skolas uzturēšanas izmaksas pieaugumu. Kaut mēs nevēlamies to darīt, tomēr neesam paaugstinājuši skolas maksu trīs gadu laikā. Vienu bērnu apmācīt sanāk $93 mēnesī. Mūsu mērķis ir nodrošināt augstu kvalitātes izglītību un sadraudzības iespējas, kā arī papildus pasākumus, kas padara KBLS īpašu vietu mūsu bērniem.

Ar prieku pazińojam, ka pirmā mācību diena, 9. septembris, tiks svinēts ar tradicionālo “Bernu svētku” pasākumu, kur bērni varēs priecāties ar spēlēm un vecāki varēs atkal satikties. Skola pasniegs desiņas, sulu un saldo. Šogad katru sestdienu piedāvāsim pusdienas, un katru mēnesi pirmajā sestdienā mūs iepriecinās skolas padomes locekļi ar iemīļotām pīca pusdienam!

Vecāku pilnsapulce notiks 23. septembrī plkst. 9:15 no rīta. Aicinām jūs piedalīties, lai kopīgi apspriestu skolas aktualitātes un plānus.

Lūdzam, lai jūs visi aktīvi piedalāties gan pusdienu dežūrēs, gan citos skolas pasākumos, jo mūsu kopīgās pūles rada vērtīgu un bagātinošu skolas pieredzi!

Dear KBLS Chicago School Parents and Students,

We are excited to welcome you back to KBLS for our 74th year of school! We are very pleased to start another year of school and are happy to see all the children together again. Thank you for your trust and support in building our great school community.

To register your student(s) please complete the Google form.

We would like to inform you that a small increase in tuition fees is necessary this year, given the increase in the cost of maintaining the school. While we don’t want to do that, we haven’t raised school fees in three years. Even with the increase the cost to send one child is still only $93 a month. Our goal is to provide high quality education and social opportunities, as well as additional activities that make KBLS a special place for our children.

We are pleased to know that the first day of study, September 9, will be celebrated with the traditional “Bernu Svetki” event, where children will be able to enjoy games and parents will be able to gather and reconnect. The school will serve hot dogs and sausages, juice and sweets.

This year, we’ll be offering lunch every Saturday, and every first Saturday of the month the school board members will host a pizza lunch! The parents’ board meeting will be held September 23rd at 9:15 a.m. We invite you to participate to discuss current events and plans of the school. We ask that each of you take an active part in both lunch duty and other school activities, as our collective efforts create a valuable and enriching school experience!
