Jaunā spēļlaukuma atklāšana 1. oktobrī | Playground Ribbon Cutting October 1st

Sveicināta KBLS saime!

Ar lielu prieku gaidu visas KBLS ģimenes atklāt mūsu jauno spēļlaukumu šo sestdien, 1. oktobrī.

Sestdienas dienas kārtība:

  • 9:00 – 10:55 mācību stundas. 5., 6., un 7. klases liek ALA līmeņa pārbaudījumus (ieskaitot ML skolnieki šajās klasēs.)
  • 10:55 skola sastājās pie spēļlaukuma
  • 11:00 spēļlaukuma lentes griešana
  • Pēc lentes griešanas, bērni ir vecāku gādībā.
    Baudīsim pusdienas kopā piknika stilā.
  • Lūdzu vest līdzi no mājām dvieļus vai piknika segas vai salokamos krēslus sēdēšanai.
  • Drīkstiet arī vest kūlerus ar atspirdzinājumiem/dzeramiem.
  • Pusdienās pasniegsim desas, skābos kāpostus, makaronu salātus, dārzeņus, čipšus un cepumus, kā arī ūdeni. (Bērni varēs piepildīt savas atvestās ūdens pudeles). – $10.

Bērni varēs jauki papriecāties baudot spēłlaukumu, voleja laukumu, basketa laukumu un citas uzstādītas āra spēles.

Atgādinājums, ka vēlēšanas notiks lielā zāle. Lūdzu nelietot durvis pie mazās virtuves. Ja vēlēsiet, lietojiet tikai lielās zāles ieejas durvis.

  • Lūdzu iegaumējiet atzīmēto auto novietošanas vietu šai sestdienai:
    KBLS vecāki drīkst novietot mašīnas austruma pusē, gar volejlaukumu un gar baznicu.
  • Lūdzu nenovietot mašīnas rietuma puses sānos gar skolu vai starp ēkam. Tās vietas ir atzīmētas vēlētājiem.

Greetings KBLS families!

I am awaiting, with great pleasure, all KBLS families to participate in the Playground ribbon cutting ceremony this Saturday!

Saturday’s schedule:

  • 9:00 -10:55 Regular classes. 5th, 6th and 7th graders (including ML students) will be taking the ALA language level assessments.
  • 10:55 students will assemble outside the playground
  • 11:00 ribbon cutting ceremony
  • Following the ceremony, children are under parent supervision
  • We will enjoy a picnic style lunch together:
    Hot dogs, sausages, saurkraut pasta salad, veggies, chips, cookies (water will be provided for kids to fill up their personal water bottles)- $10 per person.
  • Please bring your picnic blanket, beach towel or folding chairs to sit on. Bring a cooler for personal refreshments.
  • Kids can enjoy the new playground, volleyball court, basketball court and other outdoor games.

Voting will be taking place in the large hall this Saturday. Please do not use the small kitchen door. If voting, enter and exit using the main hall door only.

  • Please pay attention to the specific parking protocol for this Saturday:
    KBLS parents should part on the east side, along the volleyball court and church
  • Please do not park on the west side, or between the buildings, as these spaces are reserved for voters.
